Feb. 6, 2023

Dear MICATA members and friends,

With longer days and warmer temperatures on the horizon, the MICATA Board of Directors is excited to spring into action by announcing its Calendar of Events for 2023. We have designed this calendar with you in mind, wanting to increase the benefits of MICATA membership for our individual and corporate members alike, as well as continue offering high-quality professional development events and business networking opportunities both virtually and in person to all our members in the coming year.

We are kicking off the season with two fantastic webinars in February and March, which are meant to give you a taste of this year’s conference and bring you two renowned experts and ATA conference speakers you may not have had a chance to learn from before. With MICATA members spread across several U.S. states and abroad, we wanted everyone to have a chance to stay connected and continue to grow professionally regardless of where they are.We deliberately chose to offer the webinars at a nominal cost to all active members of MICATA to say thank you for your support over the last few years and make learning fun and affordable to you.

The webinars will be followed by our annual conference on April 14-15, 2023, a mini-networking event for member agencies and members in June, another in-person workshop or webinar in the fall and a virtual business brainstorming event in November. The full calendar of events is attached for your convenience, and will also be posted on the MICATA website.

More details about the webinars and how to sign up will be emailed next week, with registration for the MICATA 2023 conference also opening in a couple of weeks. We are beyond excited that this year again we have been able to put together a two-day program of advanced workshops and conference sessions, accompanied by a good mix of social networking events, such as our traditional wine & cheese reception on Friday evening and other networking opportunities on Saturday.

So stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks and start getting the most out of your MICATA membership by signing up for one or both webinars and the main MICATA conference in April. Last but not least, if you haven’t done so yet, make sure that you renew your MICATA membership for this year as only active MICATA members are able to get discounted prices on professional events that MICATA has in store for you this year.

We look forward to seeing you virtually or in person soon!
